More nursery pics!

As you can tell, almost the whole bottom part of the closet is full of diapers! I am lucky enough to have a sister-in-law who manages a walgreens and she got a huge discount on diapers this week. They were on sale, used her discount, and had coupons for all of them and the 50 count of 1's and 48 count of 2's we got for $4.75...... so yes we both took the opportunity to stock up! I know we will go through each and every one of these diapers but at least we got them for cheap and won't be rushing out to the store to buy diapers any time soon!

The laundry basket full of stuff is all things we are going to be putting in his dresser. We ordered it 3 weeks ago and they said it would take 4-6 weeks for it to come in. The lady working said that she was pretty sure that it would come in on the next truck so it should be closer to the 4 weeks. I really hope it comes in soon though! We are waiting on that in order to figure out where everything else is going to go!!





I had two more baby showers this past weekend and got a ton of stuff for Kayden! Thanks to all of my family and friends for showering us with all this baby stuff!! We got our pack n play, car seat, stroller, and a ton of other stuff from these baby showers and we are sooo thankful!

More Nursery Pics!

We have made more progress on the nursery. I haven't taken a whole room picture yet because we are still waiting on the dresser but we have gotten the letters up and the design that I wanted next to them. ** I am really bad at taking pictures so sorry that everything is kinda lopsided and I can't make my camera stop putting halos on the wall no matter what I try. I'm going to try my mom's camera later and see if that one takes a better pic :)
obviously, skye was thrilled about the painting :) that is his favorite place to lay when we are in there.

Nursery!

Today we started on Kayden's nursery! Nick's mom came over and helped paint. The smell was pretty overwhelming so I didn't get to see the paint color until it was all up on the walls. I was really worried that I would not like the color up on the walls once it was up but I really do like it, especially with the bedding. Skye also enjoyed watching the paining process. He did very well about not going in the room and just laid down in the hallway so he could still see what was going on! We put the crib up and put the bedding in it! We still want to do a lot of decorative things such as painting some things on the wall, putting Kayden's name up on the wall along with window treatment and all that jazz so it's no where near finished but we have a start at least! I can't believe that in 3 1/2 months there will be a baby to put in the nursery!
